Tweed Vest & Monogram

It’s summer!!! Finally, this weekend, we were there. That weather was crazy, I hope you enjoyed it?

For my part, this weekend I did not do much except enjoy the sun. I took my swimsuit yesterday to sunbath a bit and I’m happy to already have few colors. It is good to see this sun and all these flowers (on my InstaStory) For the look, I put my new jacket in tweed bought at Zara. Short cut, white, red / orange, blue (the more colors there are, the more you have the possibility to easily marry your wardrobe) with some lurex threads (all I love!), pretty pockets, beautiful gold buttons, it will be the perfect dressed jacket that will replace the cardigans I usually wear in summer. Question: How to wear it?

Personally, I like short jackets like this one with a dress or skirt. Today, I chose a navy T-shirt with a big logo drawn on it (those who have already been in Thailand will recognize it since it’s the logo of the Thai beer ^ ^) that breaks the classic BCBG side of the jacket and that I associated with a black flared skirt. Because yes, yes, yes, black and navy can be worn together, it is not a fault of taste. It’s quite the contrary, actually! To accessorize the look of the day, I wear lurex ballerinas with blue, pink and yellow reflections that blend well with the rest of the outfit. Last detail, my vintage Dior monogram bag which associated with the jacket and T-shirt gives a graphic and modern side to the outfit 🙂

I wish you a wonderful Monday!

Oh yeah, last Thursday I was interviewed live on the set of BFM TV (French TV) to talk about Fashion Trends for this Summer and if you missed it, here’s the Replay:
