Polka dots, another great trend of this Summer … For my part, I might not have adopted this trend if I had not come across these Yves Saint Laurent vintage polka-dots pants, found at Madre & Figlia, the second hand shop where I had already bought my little Louboutin and where I am currently selling pieces of my wardrobe which are now too small for me. I invite you to take a tour, if you are in the Montorgueil neighborhood (which is Rue Saint Sauveur, the Street of the Experimental Club ^^), in Paris;)
Honestly, I love vintage designer pieces because the cut and materials are always perfect. And if we can find the polka-dots difficult to wear or marry, here are 2 ways to wear it.
For this first look, I took my adored t-shirt, brought back from Thailand a few years ago (and whose print represents the logo of the national beer), the colors navy blue / white match perfectly and I like the pattern mix that gives with the pants. On top, I’m sticking to the navy too, with a Yves Saint Laurent (also ^^) sequins cardigan. The two-color unit is enough in the outfit, however for accessories, I preferred to go for a nude color which give a touch of light.

Look 1 : Gilet bleu à paillettes / Glitter Cardigan : Yves Saint Laurent – T-Shirt : from Thailand – Pantalon / Pants : Yves Saint Laurent – Ballerines / Flat Ballerinas : Asos – Sac / Bag : Furla
For the 2nd way to wear polka-dots pants, I choose an outfit a little more extravagant in the marriage of prints.
What do you find as opposed to polka dots as another iconic print? The stripes of course!
So I associated the polka-dots with a striped top. On top, I wear a white jacket, bent at the waist, which breaks the graphic effect of the printed and gives a chic look to the outfit.
