During the Paris Fashion Week, I went to the Heimstone presentation to discover the new winter collection 2016, inspired by the great Canadian cold.
Alix Petit, the designer of Heimstone takes us with her to explore the far north across frozen lakes and snowy forests. Her collection is a travel book. And I totally immersed in her world!
The silhouettes are both contrasting with colors and volumes.
What impressed me the most in this collection? The very graphic printed herringbone pants suits, fox tail carried casually on the hips as an Indian grill, bright colors are electrifing the organic tones and oversized thick mohair cardigans, combined with delicate silk skirts.
Ooooh! And have you seen the crazy hair and makeup that are wearing the models?
Personally, I love the combination of the two that gives both bohemian and very wild effect.
And if you wanted to replicate this at home, remember that makeup comes from Mac. As for the buns, you need to add clips extensions if you have shoulder length hair to maximise the volume effect.
