Because Summer vacation rhymes with swimsuit, I very much wanted to share with you my favorite swimsuits. Whether I’m at the pool, on the beach or in town, every occasion has its swimsuit.
A wide bow bikini:
Naélie, do you know this swimsuit brand? It is a brand that I discovered when I created my Lingerie brand, 7 years ago. At that time, I had bought my first swimsuit from this brand and since then I have been buying it regularly. What I particularly like with Naélie swimwear: the sleek line, the perfect cut of swimwear borrowed from the luxury codes, the quality of the materials and the style of the swimsuits both chic and timeless. I like the cut of this one because the knots to tie are quite wide. It is perfect for facing the rolling waves of the Basque coast and ideal for a few lengths and dives in the pool, like here at the swimming pool of the Hôtel du Palais Biarritz.

A vintage swimsuit:
A vintage puffy bikini bottom in lurex… Because what I adore its shiny and puffy style. It’s really cute and it changes from traditional jersey materials. I found it at Kiliwatch with the matching top but I prefer to wear the bottom alone by mismatched it with another bikini top. It is the perfect swimsuit for a walk along the beach.

A thin bow bikini:
As I don’t like too much white marks that leaves the swimsuit on a tanned skin, an XXS bikini is mandatory! Plum color, (this is a good option that changes from black), adjustable at will, with the very thin cord to tie at the top and the bottom and a minimal cut that sublimates the body. We need no more to be chic at the beach and get the strict minimum of white marks. It is the swimsuit that I put when I know that the sea is calm (for the Atlantic Ocean) or when I’m on holiday in the Mediterranean, for example 🙂

The one piece swimsuit:
And finally, to finish, a one piece swimsuit (which you have already seen on my Instagram), bustier, cobalt blue and embellished with gilded eyelets. As soon as I saw this swimsuit on Asos, my brain made only one turn and reminded me this Eres. I admit, I was a bit skeptical about its bustier shape (will it hold or not?) and it is by trying it that I saw both the quality of the super stretch material (and which holds in place!), the perfect cut of this 1 piece swimsuit and the beauty of this blue so intense. For me that goes as well on the beach as in town, and it is rather in the evening for a cocktail or a dinner that I will continue to wear it on vacation.
=^..^= Take a size above your usual size for this swimsuit.
