On the program this weekend: a visit Saturday to my grandmother with my mom, in Paris for a week and a walk in Paris, Sunday … Not at all! Program has change at the last minute. That’s what I started writing Friday night, but our Saturday was different because we did not have trains to go to my grandmother’s place. As a result, since we were (already) Gare du Nord, we decided to go for a walk in Montmartre. And I forgot how much better it is to walk in the morning. I find the atmosphere more fun (quieter) than the afternoon. After eating, we walked from the top of the Champs-Elysées, through the Avenue Montaigne, Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries Garden, the Louvre Museum and then to Saint Germain des Près by a stop at Ladurée … A good walk of a total of 16 km without realizing it;)
Sunday, new day, new walk! Saint Michel, Notre-Dame, bookstalls in the morning and the Eiffel Tower in the afternoon. Here is a good program for those who visit Paris in 2 days 🙂
Important detail to be comfortable and walk all day long: opt for a comfortable outfit and good sneakers.
For that, I found the ideal outfit. An A.P.C hoodie with the gold logo on the front, faux-leather leggings found at H&M (super comfortable) and my black Lacoste sneakers.
So, ready for a new ballad in Paris;)
