Being outside is not really possible, so our “home” becomes a haven of peace, where it is good to live and where we feels like in a cocoon. Far from the anxious news of the media (cut the news if you feel anxious, stressed, you’ll see, you will feel much better), we create a zen, warm, cozy, green (plants are life!) or even minimalist bubble. The important thing is to think about your internality as you feel it. For some of us, the year 2020 will have made us go through a big clearing out through the entire apartment/ house and that, for our greatest good. We make room to welcome the new, your new self (at home).
